Is the app free? Yes — completely free, with no ads and no account required.
Do I need to sign in? No. You can use everything as a guest.
How do I save an article for offline reading? Open any article and tap the bookmark
icon. Saved articles live in the Saved tab and are readable without a connection.
How do I turn notifications on or off? New-article notifications are optional. Manage
them any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Love France. Turning them off stops
alerts immediately; the app keeps working as normal.
I’m not receiving notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Love France
in iOS Settings, that you’re online, and that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing them. Reopening the
app once refreshes your registration.
Articles won’t load or look out of date. This is almost always a connection issue —
make sure you’re online and pull down to refresh. If it persists, close and reopen the app.
Do you collect my data? The app itself collects no personal data and does not track you
across other apps or websites. No account is required and saved articles stay on your device. The app
includes Facebook’s sharing tools so you can share stories; details are in our
Privacy Policy.

If you enabled notifications, your device’s anonymous push token can be removed at any time by turning
notifications off or deleting the app — nothing else is stored.
